Location: West Sussex (Near Wiston HQ)
Salary: £35,000–£38,000 DOE | Full-time | Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm
Zenith is seeking a highly capable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor with a strong background in the aviation industry to help build and lead our new logistics hub in West Sussex. You’ll work closely with our Warehouse Manager and Operations Director to establish and run this exciting new operation from the ground up.
This is a hands-on, decision-making role ideal for someone confident in their logistics expertise, committed to high standards, and ready to take ownership of day-to-day operations and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the receiving, unpacking, packing, and dispatching of goods
- Inspect aircraft components and verify certification compliance
- Ensure adherence to Zenith’s high-quality and procedural standards
- Coordinate courier bookings and maintain professional relationships with courier teams
- Operate forklifts (training available if needed)
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales and administration
- Delegate tasks and manage team workflow to ensure efficient warehouse operations
